POLICIES
~ The session fee pays for the photographer's time and talent only, and does not include products (unless otherwise stated). Payment for the session fee is required upon booking your appointment to secure your session date and time. The session fee is non-refundable. If for some reason the session has to be rescheduled, the non-refundable fee may be applied to a rescheduled date within three months of original appointment.
~ Model Releases are required for all subjects in all sessions. The purpose of the model release is to allow Scott Peek Photography to use the best portraits from your session for marketing purposes to include advertising, display, website and internet promotion.
~ A post session, preview and purchase appointment is available and scheduled for all sessions. We require all decision makers attend this appointment as the intention is to make a product commitment and order your portraits. If for some reason a decision cannot be made, an additional appointment can be scheduled for a $100 fee. Online galleries are not made available for portrait sessions.
~ All purchased images will be artistically enhanced to include retouching for minor imperfections and blemishes. Additional charges will apply for more extensive retouching.
~ Product fees include the image only unless otherwise stated. All prints, larger than 5x7 are mounted for the protection and preservation of the photograph. All wall portraits framed by Scott Peek Photography hold a lifetime guarantee.
~ Product orders must be paid in full prior to post processing and production. Once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 weeks for processing and production. Processing time for custom designed products will be quoted during the ordering process.
~ The photographs, digital negatives, prints, and media produced by Scott Peek Photography are protected by U.S. Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Scott Peek Photography’s explicit written permission. Client who purchase products agree not to copy, reproduce, scan, or display the images online, in any format without explicit written permission.
~ We accept Cash, Checks, an Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please make checks payable to Scott Peek Photography. Payments plans are available if needed. 8.25% Texas sales tax is applied on all orders (including the session fee). All fees are subject to change at anytime. All returned checks will incur a $25 returned check fee. If your check is returned for any reason please make arrangements to pay the total amount + the return check fee by cash only.
